The engraving did not come centered on the medallion

If the machine is engraving not well centered on the tag, please switch the machine OFF, wait 10 seconds and switch the machine ON.

Try to engrave the same tag. If the problem continues, please contact the MyFamily Support.
If the problem persists, follow the “HOW TO CENTER THE TAG MACHINE” instructions.
