What to do when the machine squeaks

. If the machine emits strident noises / squeak it means that the mechanical parts need to be lubricated.

To do this operation, you need normal grease and an Allen key of 4 mm.

It is necessary to open the switched OFF machine by unscrewing, with an Allen key of 4 mm, the four screws placed on the top of the machine, like shown in the following animated GIF:

Remove the top of the machine and then the aluminum rounded body.

Once the machine is open, with a small brush, gently apply the normal and generic grease (not graphite one) on the highlighted specific points, shown in the following picture:

When all the parts are lubricated, close the machine by putting back the top cover and screw back the four screws on the top.

Once closed, switch the machine ON and OFF for some time in order to let the grease be distributed equally on all the parts.
